Job Description

We are looking for a customer success intern to join our fast-paced team. If you have excellent English skills, you’re a great communicator and you know the difference between customer support and customer success, you are the right person for us.

As our customer success intern, you will be communicating with our users and website visitors on a daily basis to ensure they are satisfied with our product. You will be providing technical support to our users, collecting feedback and analyzing customer data to ensure we provide the best user experience.

You’ll also be working closely with our marketing and development team on resolving user issues, implementing user feedback and improving the quality of our services.


  • Communicate with our users and website visitors on a daily basis
  • Handle issues and requests, provide technical support
  • Collect feedback from users
  • Analyze feedback and create reports on user behavior
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams on improving the user experience
  • Revise and improve help center documentation


  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
