Key Guidelines

Infinity’s Agency Plan is perfect for companies or individuals managing multiple businesses and clients. It’s designed to help you grow your services, offer more value to clients, and create a new revenue stream for your business.

Here are the key reasons why it’s a valuable choice:

Multi-Business Management: This is Infinity’s only plan offering 5 Workspaces, allowing you to keep multiple businesses or organizations organized and separate, all at a great price.

Unlimited Users: This plan ensures you don’t need to worry about scaling and per-user costs, making budgeting simple and predictable.

But here’s what truly sets this plan apart:

White Labeling and Reselling: The White Label option allows you to brand Infinity as your own, offering a seamless experience for clients. However, it’s important to note some guidelines and rules if you’re planning to take advantage of the reselling opportunities.

Reselling Guidelines

It’s crucial to understand that Infinity’s Agency Plan is designed for those who already have existing services or products, with Infinity being an added value, not the core offering. You cannot resell Infinity software on its own, as that would place you in direct competition with us.

In other words, the Agency Plan enables you to add Infinity to your portfolio and offer it alongside your current services—under your own domain.

If you want to create your own content, frameworks, courses, and programs inside Infinity and offer them to your clients, then Agency Plan is the ideal solution for you.

Some examples would be:

→ You are a digital agency and you want to offer Infinity to your clients as part of your services. You can create some specialized templates Inside Infinity for each client and invite them to work on them with their team.

→ You are a business expert and you have a course. You can host the course inside Infinity together with frameworks, processes, content, checklists, etc., and invite each of your students to their personalized board where they can access the lessons, complete their tasks and you can track their progress.

→ You are a personal trainer. Aside from your regular services, you have also developed your own workout programs and meal plans. You can create personalized boards for your clients where they will be able to access their own personal workout and meal plans.

Don’t forget that one major benefit of this plan is having the White Label, which means you can completely customize and brand Infinity as yours. Your clients will only see your branding, logos and domain, making it look like you’ve developed your own platform.

Getting Started with Agency Plan

White Labeling Workspaces

One of the first steps after subscribing to Infinity’s Agency Plan is to white-label your workspaces. By doing so, you ensure that your clients see your brand and domain, creating a cohesive and professional experience.

You can learn how to do that in our White Label help article so we suggest you give it a read.

Create and Save Templates

Most likely, you will be hosting some kind of content, frameworks, or templates inside Infinity and sharing these resources with your audience. We recommend creating and saving custom templates for recurring use cases. This will not only save you time but also allow you to replicate successful workflows across multiple clients.

Take a look at this help article to learn how to create and save your own custom templates.

Client Management

To start collaborating with your clients in Infinity, you will first need to invite them. You can do this in two ways, depending on your process.

In both scenarios, we suggest already loading the templates/boards you’ve created for the clients before inviting them.

If you’re planning to share a whole workspace with your clients, you can find the workspace you want to share on the left-hand side of your dashboard, click on its name and select the ‘Members’ option. From there you will be able to invite clients and their collaborators to this specific workspace.

Once you click on ‘+Add Members’ you will need to type in their email address, and then choose ‘Admin’ in the ‘Role’ field below.

After you invite a member, make sure you also click on the dropdown menu on the right side of each person and choose which boards you want to invite them to.

In the second scenario, you might only want to invite a client to one specific board.

Click to open the board that you have created for this client. Once in the board, you will notice the ‘Invite’ button at the top right corner of the board. Click the button, and then type in the email address of the person you want to invite, and choose the ‘Admin’ role before clicking ‘Invite Members’.

Client Permissions

After inviting clients, you can fine-tune their permissions depending on how much control you want to grant them. Typically they should be able to manage their boards, invite/remove team members on those boards, manage their team members’ permissions and so on.

Infinity’s permission structure is highly flexible, allowing you to set permissions on multiple levels.

  • Role Permissions: Define what actions a user role (e.g. Admin) can perform.
  • Individual Permissions: Override role permissions for specific users if needed.
  • Board and Folder Permissions: Further customize permissions on specific boards or folders within a workspace.

For example—you can set role permissions so that Admins can create boards, but you can then set individual permissions where one specific client is an Admin but doesn’t have permission to create new boards.

Or you can have default board permissions in one workspace where members are allowed to create items, but then in one specific board, you can change this so that members cannot create items. They will still be able to create items in other boards, just not in that specific board.

As this is a complex topic, we suggest you read through our help article on permissions and carefully set them up for each client you invite to your workspaces.

In case you need additional help with this, feel free to also reach out to your account manager so they can help you set everything up.

{primary} NOTE: Keep in mind that whoever you invite to join your workspaces and boards falls under Infinity’s Terms and Conditions even on a white-labeled version.

Present Your Offer to Clients

Once you’ve integrated Infinity into your service offering, it’s essential to present it effectively.

You might consider creating a dedicated landing page on your website to showcase how Infinity enhances your services.

Feel free to draw inspiration from our website, but ensure all content, design, and media are original and reflect your unique value proposition.

You can’t copy our content or images. Instead, you can write your own content, and create screenshots from your own templates to showcase and promote your new services.

If you have questions or need help with presenting your offer in the best possible way, you can always reach out to our team and we will do our best to give you some ideas and guidelines.

Payment and Pricing Guidelines

As an agency using Infinity, you will handle all client payments directly.

You are free to set your pricing structure, whether you choose to charge for Infinity as part of a premium package or offer it as a free add-on. The key is to integrate Infinity as an additional value in your services.

Reselling Infinity only as standalone software or providing free memberships to the platform is prohibited. Your services must provide additional value beyond Infinity itself.

If you’re interested in just offering Infinity as a standalone product—we can give you an amazing affiliate partnership deal—so you can leverage both your expertise as a reseller and our brand. Sign up here, or contact us for a custom agreement.

Examples of prohibited practices include:

Offering Infinity for free as a standalone product. Why? While the Agency Plan gives you great value with unlimited members, inviting thousands of free users is not allowed. This still runs on our cloud infrastructure, which incurs costs, so exploiting the system in this way is not acceptable.

Underpricing Infinity for arbitrage. Why? You’re getting 5 unlimited workspaces for just $70 apiece, a plan we normally sell for $149. Selling Infinity as a standalone product at a lower price to make a small profit disrupts the pricing model and directly competes with us.

Selling lifetime deals. Why? Offering Infinity as a one-time purchase creates unsustainable usage on our platform, violating our terms and affecting long-term viability.

{primary} NOTE: We reserve the right to monitor your usage and ensure compliance with our Terms of Service, and we may terminate our agreement in the event of misuse.

Conclusion

Infinity’s Agency Plan is designed to give you the tools and flexibility to manage multiple clients, add significant value to your offerings and turn Infinity into a new revenue stream for your business.
