Nadia M. BrackenI’m an original LTD member and I am totally happy with one workspace. I use Infinity to manage all projects related to content, community management, and podcast production for my volunteer team of about ten people. The tool is fast and extensible. The development team and support are top notch and the product is always evolving and improving. I’m definitely happy with my purchase and would buy again plus recommend to others.

Michał Aleksander NowakowskiI highly recommend Infinity, I'm an early adopter so I've been using Infinity for about 2 years and one thing is always-present: an unwavering desire to create a perfect service. The team doesn't hesitate to make bold/controversial decisions if they mean better service for customers.

Thomas FellowsBest team I've seen on the other side of the screen!?

Amber CockwillStefan - This is an excellent update, thank you. You and your team have been top notch. ?
The LTD is a complete no-brainer investment for sure.

Justin SturgisHaving participated in the original beta, the second/pivot beta, and the LTD campaign, I can say that the entire Infinity team has been ? class from day one!
Unquestionably one of the best development and SAAS teams that I’ve ever interacted with. Excellent attitudes, effective and attentive customer service, and great support. Add those attributes to a product that is ? and a companywide desire to continually improve and it is a winning combo. I never hesitate to recommend infinity. I’m looking forward to a long and beneficial relationship with this product and its community.

Veronica LuStefan Lazarevic You and your team have been handling our questions, suggestions, and feedback like champs. Thank you for being levelheaded and staying classy. Keep it up!

David McCanThe Infinity team was very friendly and engaged throughout the LTD, which is something of a marathon.
Congrats

Kyle LawrenceI use it like a boss! Amazing!

Frank SellingslohWe’re using it at my company on a daily basis and everybody is loving it. We have 20 boards at the moment with lots of folders, using mainly the tables views for content marketing, competition research, goals and milestones, resources, etc.
Can’t wait to use it for task management too to have everything under one roof. But at the moment there are still too many necessary features missing so we stick with ORA.

Chris HughesYou guys have been some of the most receptive founders/creators in any platform I have ever seen/used/purchased.
There were no awkward silences, avoiding questions or anything weird which often creep into LTD deals - it was smooth. Plus, when users have given feedback - they’ve been totally upfront if they hadn’t thought of that point of view from a customer and have made changes as needed. Truly embracing a positive experience all round.
If anyone is thinking of launching ANYTHING, you’d do well take notes of how Stefan & his team handled everything from pre to post-launch. Bravo! ???
I’ll just add - they are still the only platform I know that allows you to turn off the damn live chat icon if you don’t need it either! ?

Vitaliy MalanchukTeam Infinity should be a role model for many other teams of new startups. Infinity is a great product, definitely a solid investment for me. A separate thanks to Boka who was replying to my support questions even before I finished typing the questions ???.

Nadia MercerThe personal attention from the Infinity team all through exploring and onboarding to LTD has more than made up for my initial investment. Glad to support this team and excited about the future of the product.
3
Glen McPhersonYep, pretty good actually. I’m using it for a database of freelancers I work with. Can label, sort, have links to their bios, price chart, etc

Gregor DudaI love it. We are using for product dev, social media planning, nearly everything in our company. The tag system is kind of disturbing cuz you can reuse tags for boards and folder. Which is great in the end. Progress Tracking for subtasks (without a Progress bar) is still a bit hard, all in all one of the best investments in 2019. the team loves to work with it. And one last thing: Boka is one of the best customer support employees i worked with. Stefan Lazarevic you’re truly lucky ? where are you guys actually operating from? Cheers!

Wilson AngInfinity have a great team . I m glad I have bought Infinity LTD

Dawn JohnsonWORTH EVERY PENNY.....Our company has saved many many hours with this product. We use it to keep track of our equipment right now and will be using it for other things when our construction business slows down a bit. We have about 20 job sites with equipment on them and the equipment is moved daily depending on where needed. We set up a sheet in Infinity with every piece of equipment (about 100) and added all of our job sites in a drop down list. When our shop foreman moves a piece of equipment, he changes the location of it in Infinity and everyone in our office who has access to the app can see at any given time where our 650 Excavator (for example) is at. The app has worked perfectly as well. I realize that this is a very simplistic use but for our purposes, having this information available to everyone that needs it in our office is very useful. I'm excited to see what additional applications we come up with as soon as things slow down a bit.

Yvonne IbitoyeMonet well spent. I own a digital agency, and my team is able to track deliverables with this solution. Also, we use it as a share point where all team members can access company assets they need as tools. Discovering more things we can do with it. The unlimited user package allow us to create profiles for each client, and we are able to grant the clients access to view their dashboards. Really cool tool and cost effective too.

LaVonne Stratton CarlsonI've been using Infinity for a year now, and it's awesome. Highly flexible, with very responsive support. I strongly recommend it.
12
Charlie RyanI just have to say, Infinity is INVALUABLE in helping me manage 50-75 projects at any given time at different stages of the sales process. I would be lost without it and so glad I purchased it!!!
2
Randy HeremanI ❤️ infinity! I build my programs with it. Their rich text editor feature in a database spreadsheet has been a huge help getting things done ✅

Iain SpenceBought infinity a few weeks ago, transferred all my stuff in, and then (in an eversoslightly OCD way) tried Notion, airtable, Stackby, clickup and a few other also rans. And after all that, I have concluded that infinity is the best. Just needs calculated attributes, recurring tasks and a richer subtask experience and it'll be perfect. Integrations via zapier work well, though eventually it'll be good to get ifttt as well. Support is great, vibrant community but above all, the usability is fab! Well worth getting on board while the LTD is running ?

Tom WhitfieldI've been using it for about a week and have created a board to keep track of all my projects as an independent consultant.
The more I use it, the more I like it. I was using Trello but find the folder structure in Infinity, after getting used to it and understanding the possibilities, gives me more flexibility.
I've been looking for a product that includes a Gantt chart and incorporates that with my calendar. This does that in spades.
I'm excited to see how this product improves in the future with the items that are on the roadmap. It already meets my needs and 95% of my wants.

Alex HernandezLove infinity so far. Use it to manage my real estate pipeline. Tracking pre-approvals, pending clients and my active pipeline.
Love it so far and so does my team!! ?

Cindi Dilloway DubyWell after all these years i am finally getting on board with the apps to keep track of things. I just purchased the full package yesterday. It's not all there yet, but at this price #1 it will be, #2 i like to work with a start up they actually value your $$ and your opinion. I have spent most of the morning chatting with them. I did not realize that there were actual people behind this. I thought it was ask a question then if you have another you wait 24 hours. I don't think i waited 2 - 4 min for a response. I was shocked. Cant wait to see what they come up with next. So far happy as a cat with a new paper bag!

Lisette CheyenneAs a pen and paper girl, I dont like most of the management software I've come across. I've been looking at this for a few days though and decided to try it. I'm a bit upset that there's no mention of the free trial until after you've already bought it, but so far no regrets. There's a slight learning curve, but after spending all night playing around with it, I'm in love. Im happy I can finally plan and organize all aspects of my work and leisure and I'm not paying a ridiculous amount for a bunch of stuff I don't need on another platform. It also scared me that they're obviously a new company, but it seems like they've really put a lot of time and work into this. So far so good guys!

Nik DonovicInfinity is great. Responsive team, new features regularly, etc. Does what I need it to do. Anything else in the future will just be extra goodness.
3
Chris HughesYour honesty and transparency is pretty outstanding! Keep it going Team Infinity ???
5
Sean DelaneI am happy that I got the LTD and I am sure you have the potential to be a platform that can easily outdo trello, meistertask etc. Looking forward to the future development!

Nan Berrett Have to say, I purchased the lifetime access, and am loving Infinity. As a small business owner with a small team it's been a game changer for us. I love that you listen to your users and keep adapting and adding.

Wait! Scale Your Business and Marketing
Operations with Our 360° Framework
360° Business Architect includes comprehensive lessons, frameworks, dedicated software, and one-on-one mentorship.
If you are Asana/Trello/Monday user, this is a no brainer switch.
Super useful, intuitive, user-friendly app & dedicated team.
Pros:
+ Beautiful UI/UX (for the most part)
+ Powerful and Flexible
+ Customer Support
+ Huge Potential to become one of the top leading SaaS in this category
Cons:
- Some features seen in Airtable and the likes are missing
- Integrations are very limited right now (though they are expected later this year) - Only Zapier is there currently
Things I would like to see @slnet
- Voting: for public boards and allowing users to vote on features to help set a roadmap template.
- Assigning Tasks: ability to involve team members from the task view which will automatically add them to the involved.
- Task Due Dates: ability to assign due dates to each task is helpful for multi task items with different timelines for different steps.
The last two were recently introduced to trello and something we really liked the ability to do.
And shout out to the support team for being so responsive. This tool has had a positive impact on my productivity and (gasp) it's fun using the tool to track projects. What more can I ask for?
This is a work of love, and the tool is really powerful. You can shape it to adapt to your workflow, or, use the templates they provide.
That email told me everything I needed to know about Stefan, Ivan, Aleksander, Boka, and the entire Infinity team. They are incredibly committed, conscientious, diligent, organized, and FEARLESS! They stopped everything and rebuilt the entire app from the ground up after less than 60 days in beta. Who does that?! That was an incredibly gutsy move and I have been blown away ever since.
The "new" Infinity is simply awesome. It is an incredibly flexible and unique productivity tool with impressive capabilities and a beautiful UI. Everything they added: dashboards, tabs, views, charts, graphs, Gantts, galleries, and more is designed to help you build your personal workflow. I absolutely love it!
I own a personal lifetime account and our company owns a second fully stacked lifetime account that we use daily for everything from internal user request forms to tracking entire redevelopment and architectural buildout projects. I have a much harder time finding things that it can't do than things it can!
Oh, yeah, and the community that is growing up around Infinity is pretty spectacular too. I've been through this before with Evernote, IQTELL, Trello, and Notion. This feels like that. Enthusiasm on both sides of the tool. I can't recommend it enough!
I also like the team as they're always listening to us and improving the tool. Highly recommended.
I use it for so many things, honestly hard to even make a list. It has a great Zapier integration, so whenever I need to connect stuff, I find Infinity to be much better than most CRMs for quickly getting data in the way that I need it.
Solid product with a great team that listens to customer feedback and constantly improves the product.
Very happy for the infinity team.
I have been really impressed and grateful that I purchased a lifetime license for this flexible tool.
Luckily their support staff is amazing and totally dedicated to making sure you succeed.
I'm a one-person shop and use it as a CRM so I haven't even touched the surface yet of what it can do for teams. Highly recommended.
it has enrich feature even at startup and growing gradually, i don't see any other product has this much feature in this price.
Infinity concept is so easy to understand and user friendly. even, don't require any extensive training, it'll train you as you go along with infinity.
I would thanks to Infinity team specially @jovana_zoric n @Boka those support a lot to make my journey easy and smooth.
Wish you best of luck Team Infinity ...!!!!!
Hope to see the following soon:
- API and webhook integrations
- user access rights that are table and column/field specific.
The user limits are quite generous on the current lifetime deals.
Definitely grab it now before its gone.
I had some questions regarding functionality and use cases so I posted in the FB group, their founder Stefan gave me an unbelievably detailed response with a ton of use cases I hadn’t even thought of!
I’ve also noticed this is a highly developed and well maintained product, with big plans for further development and powerful integrations! They’re also developing a Mac App which to go along with a pretty decent iOS app.
Conclusion - I upgraded my initial purchase to a business plan and am all in. I highly recommend Infinity!
I am a late adopter of the product, what was holding me back was the speed performance until earlier this year. After I read their Infinity's blog post about the product development and how the community has shaped the product - I was on board with it.
