We are looking for a customer support agent to join our fast-paced team. If you have excellent English skills, you’re a great communicator, you’re passionate about tech and love helping people, you are the right person for us.
As our customer support agent, you will be communicating with our users and website visitors on a daily basis to ensure they are satisfied with our product. Your job will be to help our users learn how to use Infinity in the best way, help them solve the problems they might have with the tool and collect their feedback.
You’ll also be working closely with our marketing and development team on resolving user issues, implementing user feedback and improving the quality of our services.
