It’s no secret that we all use different calendars within our companies to schedule meetings, events, and important calls. Add to the mix, for example, a task management tool, and you’ve got yourself dates all over the place, easily missed. Infinity’s iCalendar integration will ensure this doesn’t happen, as it allows you to sync your Infinity calendar with any other calendar software you might be using and never miss another meeting or deadline again. In this article, we’ll show you how to use this technology, step by step.

Instructions:

1. Open one of your boards and navigate to a tab where you have a calendar set up.

2. Click on Sync next to the dates button.

3. At the top of the small window, you'll notice "iCalendar" and then right below it a "Share this calendar" toggle.

4. Toggle this option on and copy the link you get. Keep in mind anyone with the link will be able see your calendar entries.

5. Once you have the link, open the calendar software you’re currently using. For example, for macOS, you'll add the link by using the 'New Calendar Subscription' option.

6. When you’re done, your Infinity items will appear on your Google, macOS or any other calendar.

7. Note that updates to due dates may take up to a day to reach your calendar.
