What does a client management system do?
Essentially, a client work management system is meant to help you nourish relationships with your clients and ultimately improve your retention rates. It should also ensure that everything you’re working on and you need is in one place, neatly organized, and easily accessible by your team.
How do I build a client work management system?
Different teams do this in different ways, but some of the best practices include outlining your entire process in detail first, then setting the goals you’re trying to achieve. Next, you want to define projects you’ll be working on and finally divide those projects into smaller tasks, which you’ll delegate to the rest of your team.
What’s the best way to use the Client Work Management template?
